  Horrible. The worst dq I've ever been to. I'm alone in my car picking multiple ice creams and they start handing me my ice creams with no lids or in a bag. The girls are rude, they have no personality, makes me wonder who the manager is... because they hire these people who obviously don't understand customer service. Tonight I asked no chocolate chips extra brownie. They gave me no brownies. It wasn't even mixed either. I'm disappointed in this location. Please fix your staff. Because I didn't even want to give you guys 1 star.

  i go there alot and the staff is very friendly and i just saw a youtube video where some one prank called them with a website and the lady on the phone was very nice
